JACKSON NOAL OLSON

Jackson was born Last Tuesday, May 18, 2010 at 9:33 p.m. I am sooo glad he is here and he is such a handsom baby boy! I fell more in love with him the moment they put him on my chest! It is truly a miracle how these little ones get here and I am sooo greatful to be a mommy again!

Kiersi LOVES her baby brother, she was not sure about me being in the hospital hooked up to the iv and such, she didn't want to be in there but as soon as she saw Jackson she wanted to be in there=)

He weighed 6lbs 10.9 oz but they round that up and just say 6lb11oz.

Pretty much this one is right after he was born, isn't he so cute!!!

So Smiths had an egg hung and yeah, do you see how much candy there was and there was only like 8 kids so nonethe less we have about 10 pounds of candy, really, we weighed it!! I am going to bottle some and save it for Halloween =)

This one is albertsons, she got maybe 20 eggs but she did love looking for eggs!

and I just threw this one in, she LOVES to sit and watch movies lately on our portable dvd player so this is her with fingers in and all. sometimes she sits on the banana chair with the movie on the preschool green chair or she will sit on the bean bag with the chair in front of her, but I loved this of her on her belly!

OK, so a little late but here are some pictures of Kiersi's and Devins's b-days! mostly Kiersi though=) This one is her helping Devin blow out his candles!

Her new scooter! grandpa Callister found this scooter at the DI for 6 bucks and we spray painted it purple, it was harley davidson with orange flames on it, not too girly! she LOVES it!

I love my Kiersi and can't believe she is 2! she is a joy in our lives and is going to be such a good big sister!

SEAWORLD/SAN DIEGO ZOO!!

SO, yesterday(Jan. 21st) was Devin and I's 5YEAR anniversary! So last weekend we took Kiersi California and went to Seaworld and the SanDiego Zoo! We had soooo much fun as a family! here are some pictures from our trip!! We got to touch these dolphins! the guy next to us knew how to get them to come up to us, Kiersi loved it but I don't know who loved it more, me or her! I could have stayed there FOREVER petting the dolphins, it was soooo cool to feel them, but I figured the kids waiting behind me needed a turn=)
This is the dolphin show, well, half of it, they are remodeling the dolphin stadium so we just got a little bit of it at the shamu staduim, nontheless it was cool!! I hope to go back before the end of the year to see the full show in the new stadium that opens end of May!!

At SeaWorld they have a play place for kids and this was Kiersi's highlight!! this place is kinda bouncy and had the blocks, she LOVED it. this is her running back towards me!

This is my FAVORITE picture of her, there were just these little tunnels and she went through and through them millions of times, I made her sit there and say cheese and I actually got a good one! =)

Kiersi's new thing is to "raise the roof" she says "woo woo" so this is her standing on the top toy thing doing her "raise the roof" wity daddy! yes, she is a DADDY'S girl!

This is at the zoo, this panda was just basking in the sun eating what ever that is=) there is a new baby panda but he is only out for 2 hours first thing in the morning so we didn't get to see it!

And for my highlight of the zoo, the KOALA!!! You can't see very well, but there is a baby on the moms tummy, its kinda more brown, I tried to get a better picture, but just couldn't seem to get it! but, I LOVE koalas, they are my most favorite animal and they had TONS just sleeping in the trees, it was awesome!

Anyway, we had a good time, it was good to be home, but loved the trip. I can't believe it has been 5 years, sometimes it seems like it should be longer, but other times it doesn't seem that long! I love my husband and it was fun to kinda celebrate our anniversary a little early with Kiersi there with us, she definately makes our life exciting and its fun to have her around, she has more energy than I remember any kid having =) We are excited to now have a BOY though, it will definately be different, but we can't wait to see him and see what he is like!!!

Christmas, I know, I'm late!!=)

Christmas this year was so fun with Kiersi! She doesn't quite understand yet, but she was pretty excited about the whole Santa bringing her toys! She was very excited to see things sitting out from Santa and then even more excited to open presents! I am excited for next year when she will maybe understand a little more!

I don't have soft checks to kiss. I don't yet have a name. You cannot hold my tiny hands nor whisper in my ear it's still too soon to sing a song or cuddle me so near. But all will change come May 28th for that's when they say I'm due. All I ask between now and then is patience while I grow. I promise I'll be worth the wait because of all the love we'll know. So as your waiting patiently, please pray lots of prayers for me. I cannot wait to be a part of a wonderful family!!

So, if you cannot tell I am having another baby! We are soooo excited to have another little one in our home! I don't know what it is just yet but I made the count down box blue cause that is what I am guessing=) I will find out probably after Christmas! Kiersi will be an awesome big sister, she all ready wraps her baby up in her banket and bounces it, when I ask her where mommy's baby is she points to my belly, so its fun! The pains have been worse this time than with Kiersi but I have not been as sick with this one, thats why I say boy=) but we'll see! Thanks D'laina for letting me copy the cute poem!!

OK, so I a lame and kinda forget to put stuff, ok and little lazy and don't want to download all my pictures. But, Saturday morning our ward had a christmas breakfast and santa was there and this year Kiersi sat on his lap without any hesitation! Last year she freaked and this year she walked right up to him. It did help that he had a whole load of candy canes he was giving and she REALLY wanted one, but anyhow here are a couple of pictures!

So on Monday I took Kiersi to the doc. for her 18 month checkup and here are her stats:

17 lbs. 13 oz--- NO PERCENT AT ALL!!

Height---31 inches. 25-30 percential

head---17 1/2 inches-- 5 Percintal

My little girl is just as tiny as they come!! Last winter I went to Park City and bought a TON of winter clothes on sale and bought 18 and 24 months stuff, well THEY DON'T FIT!!!! I took them to my sister Jolynne's house yesterday and we had to put everysingle item on her so that Jolynne could adjust and take in and shorten etc. them all. So thankfully now she has clothes that fit her for the most part. Only one pair of pants couldn't be fixed, they were to decorative so I have no doubt she will fit into them next winter! =) THANKS JO!!!! I guess I need to learn to sew!

I love my baby girl and am so greatful to have her in my home, she is beautiful and I couldn' t have asked for a better little girl, although stubborn and all ready hitting the terrible 2's I love her more than I could have ever imagined!! I am blessed to be a mom and to be able to take care of my family!
